Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within three (3) business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.  

  • You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow five (5) business days for the tracking information to become active.​

Shipping Rates, Methods and Delivery Times:

  • ​Shipping rates, method and delivery time are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, chosen shipping method. You can view the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.​

Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can track the progress of your shipment directly through the carrier's tracking portal.  

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete, including any apartment numbers, suite numbers, or other relevant details.  

  • Knot Goods Co is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

  • If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at knotgoodsco@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed.​​

Lost or Damaged Packages:  

  • Knot Goods Co is not liable for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.​

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will gladly assist you with providing any necessary information for your claim.  

  • Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
